I have no idea why or how.  Today, my ranking appears on Amazon's list as follows:  (In the category of Literary, Books (as opposed to e-Books), I am No. 81 while Charles Dicken is No. 88. Hard to believe!  It must mean that neither of us is making good money selling our books!)
